Getting Started
Welcome to Snogo, and more importantly to our ever-expanding Snogo FAMILY. We very much hope you love your Snogo Straw as much as we do.
First and foremost, Snogo Straw’s are spring loaded straw intended for cacao bumps in the bottom (scoop), and out the top (nose piece). Our Bumpstraws are versatile with a three in one feature, and can also be used as a standalone straw, or a scoop (diagram below).
- Always tell friends about the Snogo as it is best used amongst the camaraderie of other like minded individuals.
- Always be sure your Cacao is GROUND TO A FINE POWDER before use.
- Do not expose your Snogo Straw to prolonged moisture exposure.

How to Use the HOLY GRAIL
How to Fill the Chamber
- Ensure the Inner Straw is fully inserted and in the locked position — twist left to lock.
- Next, twist the Magnetic Crown (top cover) to reveal the Fill Port.
- Insert your Snogo Funnel into the Fill Port and pour in your cacao.
- Once filled, remove the Funnel and twist the Magnetic Crown closed.
Your stash is now safe, secure, and ready to roll.
A Few Pointers for an Optimal Experience
- As with all Snogo straws, use DRY, FINELY GROUND CACAO. Moist or clumpy cacao can cause the Inner Straw to stick.
- Do not fill the Chamber to the top. For best performance, fill Chamber to 1/2 – 3/4 Max capacity.
- If you’re not using it right away, twist the Inner Straw left to lock. This keeps your stash secure and prevents any product from escaping.
- If you don’t use the full dose, a small amount may remain inside the Inner Straw. To ensure nothing goes to waste, tap or shake the Inner Straw onto a firm surface and mix it with the cacao you’re using to refill the Chamber.
- When carrying your HOLY GRAIL, always keep it upright with the Inner Straw opening facing up.
How to Use
- Twist the Inner Straw right to unlock.
- Press the Inner Straw to load from the Chamber, release. No shaking required. It’s that smooth.
- Inhale through the Top of the Inner Straw.
You can regulate the dose amount by how deep you plunge the Inner Straw. Quick tap for smaller dose. Full press for full scoop. Experiment for yourself to achieve the perfect dose.
It’s so effortless, you can unlock, press and dose with one hand.
The scoop is generous. Manage your experience by how much you choose to dose.
How to Store
When not in use, we do recommend that you keep your Inner Straw in a locked position (Turn Left).
Keep your Holy Grail in an upright position with Rubber Drain Plug side on the bottom.
How to Use the MARACA
How to Fill the Chamber
- Ensure your INCOGNITO straw is fully inserted into the MARACA and locked in place (divot aligns with hook).
- Twist the Magnetic Crown (top cover) to reveal the Fill Port.
- Insert your Snogo Funnel into the Fill Port and pour in your cacao.
- Once filled, remove the Funnel and twist the Magnetic Crown closed.
Your stash is now safe, secure, and ready to roll.

- Do not overfill.
- When not in use, keep the INCOGNITO straw inserted to prevent any movement or escape.
- When carrying The MARACA, keep it upright with the straw opening facing up. The chamber is locked and its contents safe. This helps with any residual cacao in the INCOGNITO.
How to Use
- Pull the lever on the top of the MARACA back fully exposing the Flow Port opening. Slide the INCOGNITO straw bottom into the Flow Port fully.
- Align the lever with the divot at the top of the INCOGNITO outer straw.
- Then, release the lever to lock the INCOGNITO into place.
- To fill the straw for use, press the top of the INCOGNITO into the Flow Port, covering the top of the straw, then simply shake the MARACA.
- Release the straw, and bring the top of the INCOGNITO straw up to your nose, and inhale.
- Dose size is controlled by the size of the of INCOGNITO scoop, which is 12 mm / 0.47”.
How to Store
When not in use, we do recommend that you keep your INCOGNITO in the MARACA and store it upright.
How to Clean & Care FOR
- Taking care of your MARACA and INCOGNITO straw keeps everything smooth, clean, and ready when you are.
- Remove the INCOGNITO straw from The MARACA before cleaning.
- For the MARACA, open the Fill Port, turn the MARACA over and shake the contents on a flat surface. Use the included brush to gently clean the inside and outside of the straw, paying special attention to the tip and inner channel, and the Flow Port and Chamber of the MARACA.
- If needed, lightly tap the INCOGNITO and MARACA on a firm surface to release any remaining cacao before brushing.
- Do not use water or cleaning liquids. Always clean your straw and MARACA dry. If needed, you can use Isopropyl Alcohol. If you do, ensure your straw and MARACA are completely dry before use.
- Regular cleaning helps prevent buildup and ensures optimal performance every time.

How to open and release the Snogo?
Open and release the Snogo Straw for 3-in-1 multi-function, and cleaning.
- Depress plunger
- Align groove, and twist inner plunger clockwise 180 degrees or one half turn.
- Release the inner plunger.
- Enjoy straw function.
- Enjoy scoop function.
The Fine Print
Disassemble Snogo, soak scoop area in club soda for one minute. Then spray the microfiber towel (provided) with white vinegar, and wipe down entire Snogo and remove any unwanted debris. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANING MATERIALS or Snogo may scratch. Thoroughly dry to remove all moisture from the Snogo. Re-assemble and enjoy.
- Keep your Snogo Straw and its components out of the reach of children and pets.
- Any inappropriate, incorrect, or irresponsible use will void warranty and can result in serious injury.
- Do not use your Snogo Straw if it appears to be damaged, broken, or is operating in an unusual or erratic manner.
- Do not place your Snogo Straw in a dishwasher, washing machine or dryer.
- Do not expose your Snogo Straw to prolonged moisture exposure. The Snogo Straw inner plunger is made from Medical Grade 316 Stainless steel and is resistant to corrosion, however both the interior and exterior tubes may rust upon prolonged exposure to liquid.
- Do not use Snogo Straws in hot humid atmospheres as powder will bind in the scoop area. Dry scoop area before use.
