Refund and Return Policy

Refunds

Products are accepted for credit card or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply:

  1. Merchandize must be unused and in the original packaging.
  2. Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund, including boxes and pouches.
  3. Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
  5. Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders received
We pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and high quality finish of our products. However, occasionally things go wrong, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancelling orders
All orders are final, so please make sure you have selected the correct product(s) before placing your order. 

Discount codes
Please make sure you enter your discount code at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to apply them retroactively.

How to Return

Snogo offers complimentary shipping on eligible returns. To return merchandize, email us at Help@SnogoStraws.com and we will provide you with a shipping label to return the merchandize to us. Please include your order number you are contacting Customer Service about to speed up the process. We strive to get back to you within 24 hours (weekdays).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Return address: Box #1148 1601 29th St. Suite 1292 Boulder CO 80301

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit cards can take 7 to 10 days to display the credit in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our precision engineered Snogo Straws come with a two-year Performance Warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Help@SnogoStraws.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
