Snogo in the Wild
Robbie — Austin, TX
Hey Snogoers!
Here we are, in 2025, already off to a wild and wooly start –
This month’s SITW has reminded us just how random life is. The curveballs. The unexpected obstacles that force us to adapt our plans. And the surprises big and small that bring nothing but delight.

Funny story – I moved into my place a few months ago and hadn’t done much entertaining yet, so I put out some feelers and ended up being the spot for New Years. “Bring whoever you want.” It was a celebration of celebrations.
We’re still piecing together the evening (and early morning) from our camera rolls and various accounts of various things people have and haven’t admitted to doing. Innocent until proven guilty.
But the point of the story– days after, my housekeeper found a Snogo Mojo in the couch, and brought it to me wrapped in a paper towel.
I’d never seen a Snogo before but I enjoy cacao as much as anyone else, so I had a fair guess what it was before I even started googling. Such a fun little spill down this wonderful rabbit hole you all have here! I’m into it!
I’m writing in for 2 reasons:
First– Whoever lost a Snogo at a NYE party in Austin … I’m trying to give it back to you! If you’re reading this, leave a comment in whatever the latest Snogo IG post is. I’ll look for it.
Second–This thing is my new little buddy, and whether I keep this one or need to give it back to someone and get a new one – this is my new ‘cant-live-without’. It’s gone out with me twice now and I love it. Oh so discrete.
I’ve already got a chain on the way because you know what, Mojo deserves it. I figured out the name exploring the many straws of Snogo. Impressive.
Super fun to discover these wonderful contraptions and all of you!
See you out there!

Love this story, because here’s the thing: that randomness? It’s what keeps things fresh and exciting! Who wants to bet that Robbie does meet the owner of the lost Snogo and they hit it off?
Sometimes we get so caught up in routines and plans that we forget to leave room for the unexpected. But when we do? That’s when the magic happens.
The best part? The more we open ourselves up to those possibilities, the more they seem to show up. It’s like the universe is saying, “Hey, I see you’re down for an adventure. Let’s do this!”
I’m not sure if science has proven it yet, but I know without a doubt that this is a real thing. The universe seeks to conspire with us, to co-create our life with us.
So the next time any of us are feeling a little stuck, or like life is getting predictable, let’s remember to do something unexpected or to do something that will invite in the unexpected. Take a chance, say yes to something and see what happens IF …
Big LOVE,
AY
